As we are only beginning to accept and navigate this new Covid-19 reality, many are scrambling to mitigate the deal fallout. Transactions that took months, sometimes years to bring to fruition face grave challenges; some will close with only limited changes but more transactions will be put on hold or worse, have already fallen off the list of possibilities.
