Each of the aforementioned common transaction challenges, as well as the many more that are more relevant on a case-by-case basis, will inevitably contribute to slower deal making processes and greater deal fatigue. For those deals going forwards and those new ones to come, we should be prepared for more emotionally based negotiations and plan for delays in every aspect of a deal.
